Nadia's Professional Foundation
With over a decade of clinical experience, Nadia brings a hands-on, evidence-based approach to physiotherapy that focuses on the whole body, not just isolated symptoms. Her work combines thorough assessment, manual therapy, education and movement-based rehabilitation to support recovery, function and long-term resilience.
Nadia values clear communication and collaborative care, tailoring each session to the individual and grounding treatment decisions in current best practice. Her approach recognizes the interconnected nature of the body, helping clients move with greater ease, confidence and awareness.
A Holistic Evolution
Alongside her clinical physiotherapy work, she has a longstanding interest in complementary wellness practices that explore aspects of wellbeing beyond the physical. Her training in EFT (tapping), nutrition and holistic coaching reflects a broader curiosity about how stress, mindset, energy and lifestyle influence overall health.
Nadia has spent years helping clients regain movement and manage physical recovery. Her journey has taught her that the most profound change happens when we consider the whole person.
